4 zucchini, grated, salted and drained
Minced garlic
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Mint and parsley, for garnish
Directions
Top the pizza crust with sauce, zucchini, garlic and a drizzle of EVOO and put into the oven, cooking according to the pizza crust directions. Top with mint, parsley and a drizzle of EVOO.
