
Ingredients
1½ ounce gin (such as Staple Gin)
¾ ounce Aperol
½ ounce blood orange or regular orange juice
½ ounce simple syrup
1 bar spoon or about 1 teaspoon ground Sichuan peppercorns
Directions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake well with ice and double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
