Ranch Cole Slaw

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 pound thinly shredded or finely chopped white cabbage and 2 carrots, shredded or 1 pound sack coleslaw mix

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

  • 1 cup super-fine sugar

  • 3 tablespoons grated onion

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon celery salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons each finely chopped dill, chives and parsley


Whisk up dressing ingredients in a large serving bowl. Add cabbage and carrots or coleslaw mix and toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
