Ingredients
8 good quality hot dogs
8 hot dog buns, such as
1 batch
1 cup crispy jalapeños, such as
brand, or pickled jalapeños
Directions
Cook hot dogs in water, on a griddle, or on a grill. Lightly toast buns or leave as is if they are soft and fresh.
Once hot dog is fully cooked, place in a bun and top with queso and crispy jalapeños.
