Limoncello Negroni | John Cusimano

Alright, Negroni fans—if you’re into limoncello, you know. This twist on the classic is a zesty little gem, adding that perfect citrusy kick with the limoncello. If you’ve ever tasted that smooth, lemony liqueur, you know just how it makes everything pop. The gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth are still there, but it’s the limoncello that takes this drink from good to legendary. So go ahead, mix it up, sip, and enjoy. This one’s for the limoncello lovers!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces gin

  • ¾ ounce Campari

  • ¾ ounce limoncello

  • ¾ ounce sweet vermouth

  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

Serves: 1

Add the gin, Campari, limoncello and sweet vermouth to a rocks glass. Fill with ice and stir to chill. Garnish with lemon twist.
