4 slices peeled seedless cucumber, plus 1 unpeeled for garnish
1 sprig of basil, plus 1 for garnish
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
1 ounce lime juice
½ ounce light agave syrup
3 to 4 ounces club soda
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the 4 peeled cucumber slices, then 1 basil sprig. Add the vodka, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, agave and ice. Shake to chill, then double-strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with unpeeled cucumber slice and basil sprig.
