Pre-heat a waffle maker to medium-low heat.

Make the muffin mix, according to the package directions. Spray the waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray. Pour 1/2 cup of the mixture into each square in the waffle maker.

Bake for 4 minutes. Turn off the waffle maker and let cool for about two minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.

  • 1 box Cinnamon-Apple Muffin Mix or your favorite homemade or store-bought muffin mix
