Chocolate Negroni Recipe

  • Servings: 1

I wanted something sweet (but not too sweet!) to pair with Rachael’s Easter meal so I came up with this super simple Chocolate Negroni recipe. You can make it right in the glass and don’t need any fancy bar tools either. Instead of red vermouth, this recipe uses Amaretto which tastes like almond but is actually made from roasted apricot or peach pits. I also substitute the Angostura bitters that would be in a regular negroni with chocolate bitters to give the drink its chocolatey flavor.
