Ingredients
4 shots crème de menthe liqueur
1 container mint chocolate ice cream
4 chocolate mint candies, such as Andes brand or York Peppermint Patties
4 sprigs fresh mint
Directions
Using four parfait glasses or cocktail glasses, pour half a shot of crème de menthe into each glass. Top with scoops of mint chocolate ice cream, then drizzle another half a shot of crème de menthe per parfait glass over the ice cream. Garnish parfaits with mint candy and fresh mint sprigs.
