Chapata

Chapata is a simple and delicious alternative to garlic bread. You can serve it with Rioja Stoup or with a variety of other main dishes – it also makes a great snack and goes well with eggs for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta loaf, split lengthwise and lightly toasted

  • 4 tomatoes, cut into halves

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
