Balsamic Ketchup

Balsamic drizzle is available in some supermarkets, or make your own(see note).

NOTE: Combine 1 cup balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoons brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium-high heat and bring up to a bubble. Reduce the heat to medium and cook until the mixture is reduced by about half and is thick and syrupy, about 10 minutes.

  • 1 cup low-sugar ketchup

  • 1/4 cup Rachael Ray Balsamic Drizzle or homemade drizzle

  • Pepper

In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and balsamic drizzle; season with pepper and mix well. Transfer to a dipper bowl.
