1 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Combine the vinegar and sugar in a small pot over medium-high heat and bring up to a bubble. Reduce the heat to medium and cook the liquids until they've reduced by about half and are thick and syrupy, about 10 minutes. This is one of many "Yum-o!" recipes – it's good and good for you.
