Maple-Bacon Gravy

Ingredients 5 tablespoons butter Cracked black pepper 4 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoon apple cider 4 slices cooked bacon, minced, plus bacon drippings 2 tablespoons maple syrup 4 cups turkey stock (32 ounces) Preparation Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Whisk in the pepper and flour. Add the apple cider, bacon, bacon drippings and maple syrup and cook for about 1 minute.
