Ingredients 3 pounds assorted melons, such as honeydew and cantaloupe, cut into 1-inch cubes Juice of 4 oranges Juice of 3 limes 1/4 pound thinly sliced Serrano ham 12 10-inch skewers undefined Preparation In a large bowl, marinate the melon in the orange and lime juice for at least 20 minutes.
