Strawberry-Arugula Salad


  • 2 cups sliced strawberries

  • 12-15 basil leaves, torn

  • 1 bunch arugula

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic drizzle

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
