Smoke Stack Lightning Cocktail Recipe

Bold and smoky with a citrusy twist, the Smoke Stack Lightning is a cocktail that lights up any holiday gathering. Blood orange and brown sugar simple syrup balance the bourbon’s warmth, while a flamed orange twist and rosemary add a festive, aromatic finish. Perfect for cozy nights by the fire!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • ½ oz blood orange juice
  • ½ oz brown sugar simple syrup
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • Orange twist, flamed, for garnish
  • 1 cocktail cherry, for garnish

Directions

Muddle the rosemary at the bottom of a cocktail shaker.  Add remaining ingredients.  Add ice, shake to chill and strain into an ice filled rocks glass.  Garnish with flamed orange twist (express oils over a lit match) and the cherry.
