My Bloody Valentine Cocktail | John Cusimano

Ingredients
1½ ounces Staple Gin
Âľ ounce fresh squeezed blood orange juice
Âľ ounce simple syrup
2 dashes Campari
​​​​​​​Ice
3 to 4 ounces champagne or sparkling wine
Blood orange twist, for garnish
Directions
Combine gin, orange juice, simple syrup and Campari in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake and strain into a chilled champagne flute or coupe. Top with champagne and garnish with blood orange twist.
