Maria’s Cobbler Cocktail Recipe

  • Servings: 2

I made this drink in honor of Rachael’s sister Maria, who loves a good tiki drink. A cobbler style drink is one which is served in a cup with mounded up crushed ice - like an adult snow cone! The mint julep is perhaps the most popular cobbler style drink but I think this tropical cobbler might be even better. If you love crushed ice in your drinks a Lewis bag is a good investment!

Recipe by John Cusimano.

Pairs well with Hawaiian-Style Sloppy Joes with King's Hawaiian Rolls.
