Chinatown Cosmo | John Cusimano

Ingredients

• 1½ ounces vodka

• ¾ ounce orange liqueur (John likes Cointreau)

• ¾ ounce pomegranate juice

• ¾ ounce simple syrup

• ¾ ounce fresh squeezed lime juice, plus lime twist, for garnish

• 3 to 4 ounces ginger beer

Directions

Serves: 1

In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice, simple syrup and lime juice. Fill with ice, shake vigorously, then strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime twist and a straw.
