"I ordered 2 sets of spatulas along with my pans and containers and never received the spatulas. I contacted customer service they ask me to send them pictures of which I did. I have not heard anything since from customer service. I emailed asking for an update and got no response back. Very disappointed."

"I’m 81 yrs young , and purchased a set years ago. So I watch her show , and she handled the tongs so well it made me jealous. So now I’m in seventh heaven with my RR tongs. They are so easy to open , close, and flip, grab, turn. If you would see me , I’d be smiling. And I also have her garbage bowls. I have three in different colors. But red stays out. That is the accent colors with black in my white kitchen. Now I have written a book on how I love my tongs. Shari from Michigan ‼️♥️❤️🐸"
