"I got these in 2017 as a first set of cookware. Used the 10in skillet as an everything workhorse and was able to cook eggs in it until 2019. The pots are still going strong 8 years later in 2025. Don't scratch them with metal utensils and they'll work well."

"Bought this set a few years ago, was great until they started chipping and gouging. Outside are still like perfect. Contacted customer service 2 months ago since they have a limited warranty, I’ve literally been in the “queue “ for 2 months after a customer service rep after the initial email saying I shouldn’t use them, I have tried to email several times with no response. Guess it’s just money down the drain."

"Their warranty and the way they stand behind their products to say the least is a little bit much. Got a nice cookware set for xmas and big pot has a dibble on the bottom which makes it not lay down. There customer service is horrible and I was never contacted even with a ticket number. ."

The 6qt stock pot came bent and had a flat spot which keeps the lid from sealing properly, I’ve made attempts to contact customer service with no success, sent emails with no response. I purchased online from the site so there is no retailer to return. Really like the cookware but your customer service could use a tune up. Because of this I’m reluctant on purchasing from Rachael Ray again."
