"The cookware is the best ever. I actually had another set but it was time to get some new colors. This orange is a beautiful Spring color. I loved the gift that came with it. The Quality is excellent, the food doesn’t stick to the pots & the utensils are sturdy for the use. Rachel’s cookware cook’s very well!"
"Originally the pot set color purple is beautiful. However I had the set for less then 30days and the bottom of the pans are stained with black spots already. When contacting customer service they advised this is what happens over time and gave tips on how to clean them. As I understand pots do get stained after awhile definitely was not expecting them to stain within 30days maybe 5 times of use. The none stick part while cooking is good but if you are purchasing for the color for display DON'T"

"I got these pans as a gift from work. Straight out of the box, one was damaged. I submitted a warranty claim. 3 weeks later, I have heard nothing. I've tried calling the number they provide in the email that says they will contact in 3-5 business days, and there is no way to talk to someone. Over 3 weeks these pans have been sitting around unused because I don't know what to do with them due to the warranty claim. I just want the one pan replaced but that doesn't seem to be an option since I can't talk to anyone. I've submitted 3 claims trying to get a response. I've emailed back that I've got no response to the automatic email. At this point I've contacted HR at work about returning them because I'm over it. I will never purchase another Rachel Ray item again."
"I love my set. However, on the day of delivery, I received the 6-quart pot damaged. One month later, I have not received a replacement for the damaged pot. Once again, I am satisfied with the purchase, but I am disappointed that there has been no resolution for the damaged pot, which is obviously a warehouse problem."
"The sauce pot was bent and I received a lid that didn’t fit anything and one lid was bent. I was told to return the items for a replacement then UPS delivered my package to the wrong address needless to say this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth! So discouraging and disappointed that I haven’t use any of the items I still have!!!!"
"They are pretty is the best thing about them. Otherwise, the trim around the top of the pots is already peeling off. Also anytime I cook pasta in them, it sticks. Definitely hoped for better."
"I was so very, very disappointed in this pots and pans. I would be embarrassed my name was on them if I was Rachel Ray. For as much as they cost, they are extremely thin. The non stick coating is just ok, not great. And the purple color has faded terribly. I have taken care of them exactly how they say to. Bummed these are the ones I brought."
