"Multiple areas of poor & inconsistent glaze on about half of the dishes in the set. Got a replacement sent out, they also had defects in the glazing. Clearly these were on clearance because they were subpar at production"

"The color is great. Each set is exactly the same. Wish there was also a smaller size bowl. One of the smaller plates has already chipped."
Damage order and no customer support.
"Received our order today and one of the bowls is broken. Called 800# to find out how to get a replacement. I go through the automated system and get hung up when it tells me I am getting connected to someone. Very frustrating and poor customer service. In case someone is monitoring these reviews our order number is SH57044-RR. If we do not hear from someone we will be forced to return the entire order."
Love the dishes but their
"Love the dishes but their customer service sucks. Set had a broken bowl. I submitted a claim the day my order arrived. It’s been a few weeks now and I have had zero response from them. Very surprised Rachel Ray would allow this company to tarnish her reputation this way. As long as she is doing business with Meyer, I will no buy another of her products."

"I received the dinnerware set just in time for a luncheon I had planned. Unfortunately there were flaws in several pieces but I needed to use the immediately rather than return the set. I was disappointed and now I am stuck…. ."

"No way to get my order correct! 2 broken plates, 1 broken cup and 1 broken saucer. Ordered cranberry red and they are a dark pink/ mauve, very unhappy. Won't be recommending to anyone else."
