"I will never order from rachel ray again. I placed my order on Dec 1 ‘24 and finally received it on Jan 10th ‘25. The first box came empty. Contacting customer service was nearly impossible. When i was able to get through to someone they said they would look into it. Not what i want to hear when i paid over a hundred dollars and got an empty box. They should have resent everything straight away especially considering it was a holiday and the order was supposed to be gifts. Its not my fault what happened yet i have to be inconvenienced and wait for a supposed im eatigation!? I felt like i was being scammed the whole time. Extremely poor customer service. When i would try to address a concern through email the rep would not address it and would repeatedly say the same thing over and over in every email, completely condescending. This experience was so horrible I'm less inclined to order online overall from any company; absolutely do not want to deal with such nonsense. Extremely slow delivery and extremely unprofessional reps, I am disgusted and lost respect for the company."
