Watermelon Marga-ria Recipe
I always like using a blanco or silver tequila and St. Germain, an elderflower liqueur, in my regular margaritas. The St Germain adds a little sweetness and depth of flavor.
This cocktail pairs perfectly with Halibut Fish Tacos.

Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 ounces fresh watermelon juice
- ¾ oz St Germain
- ¾ oz light Agave syrup
- 1 to 2 slices for sliced jalapeno for garnish, optional
Directions
Add tequila, lime juice, watermelon juice, St Germain and Agave Syrup to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake for about 17 seconds and pour into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with slices of jalapeno.
