Veggies & Dip to Go: Light and Fit Herbed Veggie Dip


  • 2 cups nonfat Greek-style yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

  • Salt and pepper

  • Assorted veggies for dipping, such as carrot, celery and zucchini spears
