Ingredients
1 ½ ounces Cognac
Âľ ounce Cointreau (or other orange liqueur)
Âľ ounce fresh lime juice
3 ounces Champagne
Lemon twist, for garnish
Directions

Add the Cognac, Cointreau and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, shake to chill, then strain into a chilled Champagne flute or coupe. Top with Champagne and garnish with lemon twist.
