Ingredients
Raspberry jam or preserves from the bottom of a jar (about ½ ounce)
2 fresh mint leaves
2 pieces rhubarb
½ ounce lemon juice
1 ounce gin
Seltzer
Rhubarb stalks, for garnish
Directions
Serves: 1 cocktail
Muddle jam, mint and rhubarb in a shaker then add lemon juice and gin. Shake it up, pour into glasses and top with seltzer. Garnish with a stalk of rhubarb.
