1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
4 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 cups white bread, cubed
Pre-heat the oven to 250ºF. In a small saucepot over medium-high heat, add the EVOO, butter and garlic. When it foams, toss the cubed bread with the butter mixture. Season with black pepper and Pecorino cheese. Scatter the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake until deep golden.
