Cherry Cranberry Sauce


  • 1 bag fresh cranberries (12-ounces)

  • 1 can cherries

  • 1 cup sugar

  • Salt

  • 2 shots brandy


Boil the cranberries, cherries with their liquid, sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 cup of water. Cook until the cranberries begin to burst. Add the brandy and remove from the heat. Let cool and transfer to a serving dish.
