Cannoli Cheeseball


  • 1 8-ounce brick cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup ricotta

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips, divided

  • Vanilla cookies, for serving


In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, ricotta, powdered sugar, cinnamon and 1 cup of mini chocolate chips. 

Form the cheese mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap to chill for 1 hour.
