Brandy Rings


  • 1 1/3 cups butter

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 3 1/2 cups flour

  • 3 tablespoons brandy


Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. 

Mix all the ingredients and work until smooth. 

Turn onto a floured surface and roll into thin lengths. Cut into 4-5-inch pieces and shape into rings.

Place on a buttered baking sheet and bake until golden yellow, about 10 minutes.
