Bourbon Dogs


  • 1/3 cup ketchup

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

  • 1/2 cup bourbon

  • 8 hot dogs, cut into thirds on a bias


Combine all the ingredients except the hot dogs in a medium size, ovensafe pan. Bring to a simmer until well-combined and slightly thickened. Add the hot dogs into the bourbon mixture. Cover and place in a 250°F oven or in a slow cooker on low for 1 hour. Serve on a tray with toothpicks.
