"There is always a line going out the door, you have to eat standing up, employees bark at you to keep the door closed.  Customers have to wait at least a half hour in line to be served on summer evenings - ALL WORTH IT. Best Italian beef with mild or hot peppers and authentic frozen Italian lemon ice with chunks of real lemon in it in Chicago!  Rachael, you definitely have to try it - especially since you are Italian! I always have to go there when I return to Chicago."
