Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- A pinch of salt
- Whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
Warm the milk in a medium size pot over medium heat. Whisk in the sugar, cocoa, vanilla and salt. Blend for 30 seconds using an immersion blender (optional – you can also just whisk vigorously). Pour into two mugs and top with whipped cream, if desired.
