Fall Sensations

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Serves 20 cookies
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
Beat butter, gran sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in white chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and pecans.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for about 9 to 10 min or until slightly brown.
